[우성훈 기자]양측의 무역을 촉진하고 시알코트의 중소기업 부문을 기획하기 위해 TDAP-SCCI가 공동으로 주관하고 Sialkot Commerce and Industry(SCCI)의 7개 회원사가 서울에 도착했다.

2018년 9월 11일부터 15일까지의 한국의 면허 수술기구와 스포츠 분야를 대표하는 합동 TDAP-SCCI 대표단이 7년 만에 조직되었다.

파키스탄 주재 미국대사관은 롯데호텔에서 방문단 대표단들과 한국측 수술기구 대표단, 간의1차 B2B 회의가 열림  무술복,액세서리,자전거,자전거의복, 축구공 품목을 회의하였다.

방문 대표단은 또한 파키스탄의 라힘 하야트 쿠에르시 대사를 불러, 임무에 의해 확장된 준비와 지원에 대해 만족감을 표시했다. 또 의료기기산업협회(KMDIA), 대한병원협회(KHA), 섬유산업연맹(KOFOTI) 등 관련단체장 및 부회장에게 상호협력 방안을 논의할 것을 요청했다.

대표단은 또한 수술 및 스포츠 용품의 중.대 도매상들과 회의를 갖고 쌍방의 관심사를 논의했다. 현재 파키스탄의 수출업체들은 한국국제의료장비전시회(KIMES), 수입상품박람회(IGF), 서울(PIS), 대구(PID)시청 등 국내 주요 전시회에 참가하고 있다.

To Promote Bilateral Trade and to project Small and Medium Enterprises sector of Sialkot, A seven member delegation of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), jointly organized by TDAP-SCCI and headed By Mr Faizan Jillani, representing Surgical Instruments and Sports goods sector of Sialkot arrived in Seoul on a five days visit to the Republic of Korea during  September 11-15, 2018. The Joint TDAP-SCCI delegation to Republic of Korea representing Surgical Instruments and Sports sector was organized after a period of seven years. 

The  Commercial Section, Embassy of Pakistan arranged B2B meetings for the visiting delegation at Lotte Hotel where a number  one on one business meetings were held between visiting delegates and Korean buyers of Surgical Instruments, Martial Arts  Kits and accessories, Bike and Bicycle Apparel  and Soccer Balls.

The visiting delegation also called on Ambassador of Pakistan Mr. Rahim Hayat Qureshi, and expressed their satisfaction regarding arrangements and support extended by the Mission. The delegation also called on Chairman and Vice Chairman of relevant trade associations including Korean Medical Devices Industry Association (KMDIA), Korea Hospitals Association (KHA) and Korean Federation of Textile Industry (KOFOTI), to discuss avenues of mutual cooperation to promote their sectors. The Delegation also held meetings with several medium and large wholesalers of Surgical and Sports goods and discussed matters of bilateral interest.

Currently Pakistani exporters participates in several major exhibitions held in Korea including Korea International and Medical Equipment Show (KIMES), Imports Goods Fair (IGF), Preview in Seoul (PIS) and Preview in Daegu (PID).
